Who I work with

I offer counselling for adults and young people from school year 7 upwards. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Session length

Sessions last 50 minutes.

Availability

Appointments are available on Friday afternoons only and take place in St Albans.

Fees

The fee is £65 per session.

Payment and Attendance

Sessions must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance by bank transfer.
If a session is cancelled or missed, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future session. This is because the time is reserved exclusively for you and room costs still apply.
Weekly sessions are offered at a regular agreed time.

Confidentiality

Counselling is confidential, except where there is a safeguarding concern or legal requirement to share information.
